how do i get wallpapers to my psp, when i dont have usb-cable for it and i dont have card reader at my computer...?

I don't think u can unless u hav a friend that could put them on the memory card from his computer, other than that i don't think there is another way

Use the on-line function on your PSP and download pics that way,
