Note that Babel and Benayoun both came during the transfer market. Babel came from Ajax while Benayoun from West Ham. There he was mostly kept on the bench same as mascherano.

Rafa has been good to the rotation policy. I agree with you to some extent. He knows how to motivate his players. A good example will be Igor Biscan i dont know if u remember this player but fans did not like him at all he mostly scored in his own net. However Rafa made out a good player and last time i saw him playing it was superb.

I think rafa should rather use the players which he has in his squad for different match. Lucas has been doing a good job and in some matches he should be given the opportunity to play. Leto, Jay, Hobbs and many more in the reserves team can be given the chance. For your info these players contributed a lot for the reserves team to be at the top of the tables.

I feels out of these players there will be another Gerard, Fowler, Owen, Carragher but they are just waiting.

At last i will only say that Rafa has been doing a good job till now but the real test is now just in thhis festive season as teams will be playing more than 1 game in a week.
