Remove Flash Player from your computer completely. Then go to the Adobe site, and download the latest version and run the installer. You'll see that its installing. Maximum 10seconds, and installation is done. That's it. Flash is installed. It might look soo simple and you may think it isnt installed, but actually its installed. If you want to check if it is installed, check here: helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html

There are arrow keys there as well - have you tried them also? The 8 key doubles as Up Arrow, 6 is Right, 2 is Down, and 4 is Left (there's an arrow sign on each key showing this). As long as you don't turn on Number lock ("Num Lock") when you use the keyboard they will function as arrows instead of numbers.
If these don't work either, you have a very unusual problem. Perhaps something got spilled on the keyboard? Some liquid? If not, it has to be a software problem involving just the arrow keys, which would be very odd and for which case have no suggestions, other than a driver problem.

I think aspire 5570 drivers support only XP and Vista. So it might be due to some compatibility issues with your hardware and software(OS). I am quite sure that Realtek drivers are what you need at the moment. You can go to Realtek website and download the latest audio drivers and install them on your system. But be cautious to use softwares which are not certified by the manufacturer of your system. So I'd recommend you to try out the officially approved drivers(though they are for Vista, still you can install them by using compatibility mode) and check if the problem persists or not. If the problem still shows up then go for the latest drivers. If any issue arises with the latest drivers then you might have to downgrade your OS.
