which OS do you have on your laptop? Have you made sure that all the drivers have been installed properly on your laptop? if not then re-install them properly(follow the manual).

i am using windows XP O.S for my DELL inspiron laptop..

my function keys are not working on my lap keyboard..how can i make them work..?

Hi , You should install the correct Drivers For that. go to the dell site, and search the download section for drivers

Not sure if he/she would find all drivers on Dell website , But you can also try hotkey driver .

restart your pc and than just continue push the Esc key and after enter on safe mode

When you start your pc, were you able to see if the fans are functional ?

In general there are two cooling fans(some PCs have another attached to the chassis), one is inside the SMPS and the other one is attached over the processor with a heat sink(this cooling fan is the most important part of any kind of PCs or laptop because if it does fail to run then the system will halt and won't run due to overheating of processor). I think in your case the issue is with your processor fan. Or may be your system bios isn't getting the RPM value of the processor fan and thus showing that kind of error. Check if your processor fan is running properly or not. If it's running and you still are having that issue then there might be some problem with the fourth pin(generally the fourth pin detects the RPM value of the processor fan) and in that case you'll have to replace the fan with a new one.

then i start my pc error display and after some time automayic restart?
