I have easy way:
1. Download this software - http://desktop-screenshot.com/download.php
2. Make free registration - http://desktop-screenshot.com/registration.php
3. Use the program to make screenshot and upload in internet.

I use this program because it's so simple than any other programs like Acdsee or Photoshop or watever !
As usual said by Tincho_DJ Bro

Just Keep Ur theme Creator Preview window At the center and see whether it's not covered by your cursor !

Press<Print Screen> in ur Keyboard and open Paint application(If OS is Windows x) and paste it there and save the pic with *.jpg as Extension

Now open 'FastStone Image Viewer' and open the image u just saved And first Crop the required screenshot to the required size By using Crop option in the program(save it iwith *.jpeg extension)

And same to do with Menu Screenshot Also

Final thing ,u have to do this process two times as one for Desktop Screenshot and other for Menu Screen shot !
Thats all !

if we already created theme from theme creator ... and save it to the computer, we can't upload it anymore, right .. ! so it's that mean we should create the theme .. once more ... ???
