HELP ANYONE?! about Copyrighted picture

Hello!
I hope u can help me. I've created a theme containg photos and animations of a well known Disney cartoon character (Winnie). I took the pictures freely from the internet. The question is: are these considered copyrighted pictures If not, then can I upload it

everything disney is copyrighted.. no matter where you download them from

If there is no water mark on it, I don't see why wouldn't you use it.
We all download pictures from the internet using "Google", or some other search provider, in fact what do you think where from all these wallpapers came from...

after all this topic it's really old
I strongly recommend that if you don't know where the photos came from on your website (especially if its commercial in any way) that you remove them until you know their legal status. VERY FEW photos are actually in the public domain. Many, many, more show up on websites reporting them to be in the public domain

if you are sure that you got those photos on free site or a public domain..
i guess it's ok and i dont see anything wrong with that...
