I know over here in the uk that with o2 u can pay £7.50 and have free unlimited browsing (upto 500MB) for a month.
And in the states they have cricket/metro pcs who do unlimited browsing. . . When i'm in america i use it all the time

if u r usin airtel den u will get da whole internet for free. all u hv to do is just download the software called UCWEB 5.1(also known as UCFLY) nd set the AirtelLive as acces point. Remember. u must download the UCWEB 5.1 not other versions...... Njoy

Bpl mobile/Loop mobile provides the best free gprs service however now from september 2009 they hav been cuttin down gprs of 5000 customers per day....
unfortunately i was in the list

Indonesia offcourse NOT FREE

but sometime like any project/service Indonesia operator can set the gprs is free depends the business analysis.

operator get more revenue from gprs charging let say $1 per KB, when you download 1 wallpaper example 1 MB, how much you will pay ?

But this is the regulation, because operator must pay the connection to government, i dont other country like this or not.
