whos operator service provide free GPRS service ?


i mean totally FREE

In the UK - none. Certain contracts give a free allowance - I have 1mb free on both my contracts. But no network anywhere offers completely unlimited, free GPRS.

It's not exactly free here either but we pay for GPRS/EDGE/3G connection by the hour (20 Php for an hour [10 Php per 30 minutes] + 15 Php browsing fee per 24 hours) instead of charging us per kbps recieved.

But considering the price (less than a dollar per hour) it's dirt-cheap!

you have to pay only for the downloads

There is a way of getting free wap, but only on certain phones like motorolas, and one or two Nokias..
