NEW: Profile Card Popup

We have just launched a "beta" version of a new profile card functionality on the site.

So when you hover the mouse over the profiles in the upper right, on the front page and in the profile browser you will get some more information about that particular profile in a "popup" window.

Info includes large avatar, country, gender, age, phone and online status.

There are some small issues in firefox with the border of the popup but I am working on it now.

Happy NeW Year to everyone. I like the new profile pop up and I was hoping you could do the same on our friends' list. I just tried it and it's not yet working. Just an input on the new feature...thanks.

It's great!
Yes, just like you said, it has a problem with borders in Firefox (I'm using Firefox 2)... cards have no border.
BTW it only works when you hover the mouse over the avatar, not the username.
It's awesome! But if I can be a little greedy.. it would be nice if every card used each user's profile background ofr example, when I see Ram_Brin's card, it should have his profile's background.
Don'tr worry about the problem with Firefox or with the link or my suggestion... This is a great feature!
And I agree with Ram_Brin. It should be in our friends' list too (and in bookmarked Zedgers), even though it wouldn't be as useful as it's on the Featured Zedgers and Updated profiles.

I was going to suggest the same thing but I couldn't edit my post. Then I asked in Help & Support and Geoff told me that editing is not allowed in Announcements... so I wasted a lot of time.
But now t's your suggestion and I support you completely.
