What error message you get?
maybe your screenshots not match given criteria. select right image size then again try to upload!

To create themes for C3-02 Phones, You need to have following set up,
Download and install:
1. Carbide.ui Series 40 Theme Edition 5.0 tool, http://www.forum.nokia.com/info/sw.n...ymbian_OS.html
2. Plug-in required for C3-02 is ?Series 40 6th Edition Compact UI? http://www.forum.nokia.com/info/sw.n..._Plug_ins.html

Note# For C3-02, you may not find the ?320x240? resolution in ?Series 40 6th Edition Compact UI? plug-in but still that is the plug-in you can use for creating the C3-02 theme. Only thing that you need to take care is, all the background that you used in your theme must be of 320x240 size. Rest all icons or elements are same for both 320x240 and 240x320 resolution.
