Some nice stuff here guys. Especially you mawahe.

I've been wasting my time doing forum signatures for the last few years and am heavily into animation. Phone themes / screensavers seem to be the way to go as the aspect ratio seems much less restricting.

I was wondering what plugin you use for your ripple effect. I do a similar effect and was curious if we use the same thing.

Thank you! I'll definitely check that out.

I've been using this filter www.flamingpear.com/flood.html to manually create some "key frames". Then in the animation application I'd use a fade transition between the key frames.

Here's one example I've done in the past.

I usually adjust the settings to something nice then save the settings. Then I'll hit the button that looks like ~ (the tilde thing). That will leave all your settings the same like depth and frequency but still randomize it some.

Doing that a few times gets me the key frames then I just fade between them.

However I use in in Corel's Paint Shop Pro. But it works the same. I've been using PSP for years. Even before Corel bought it from JASC.
