nokia 3100 picture downloading problem

I'm using Nokia 3100. I have uploaded some pictures in this site and then download via wap download. However when I tried to download them it says 'File too large to be loaded'. The gif file size is around 90 KB. I'm not sure whether if it's my handphone problem or not. Does nokia 3100 has a limit to its' picture files? Please help. Thanks in advance.

yes make sure your file resolution is correct and try to decrease ur file size and send it
