Badly need help....Please...

I'm trying to use my Motorola MPX200 with my Mac computer. Below mentioned are the softwares I'm using.

Computer=Intel iMac 20"
Phone=Motorola MPX200 Smart Phone(windows 2002)
Mac OS X 10.4.8
iSync ver 2.3
Palm Desktop ver 4.2.1

If any one can please assist me or advise me on how to sync information from my mac to my phone will be awesome.
I connect my phone with my mac using a usb cable.
