Yes, you could upgrade to Win Mobile 5, but you really would not want to:

1. There are no official versions of WM5 for the mpx200 - the only ones around are beta versions or modded versions (some not even legal) and so they tend to not be complete.

2. There is no point in upgrading, the mpx200 is not capable of making the most of WM5.
