Other than downloading ringtones from Sprint, and other websites...
Is there a way to put ringers in "My Content Manager"?

I have created several ringers - but have not been able to download unless I use the focus upload tool or purchase the data package from Sprint!

I just use the Rumpkin Uploader for my ringtones. http://rumkin.com/tools/sprint/index.php . As long as you have a mobile browser plan on your phone it shouldn't cost you anything. Just upload your edited mp3 and the site will give you a jump code to access it. It's really straight forward.

Myxertones is pretty good too.
