some one has changed my sim lock on myu phone i can not get passed the screen that says sim lock???? can n e 1 help please

Have you tried asking the person who applied the new password, for the password ? and if not, tried beating it out of them ? (that last bit was a joke btw).

If they do not have the password, you'll probably need to get in touch with your operator about it.
