Where are you from?well,i guess the famous site is ebay. But i think better for you to buy the mmc from shop directly. At least you can try it on your phone straight away. Here are a few brand of 512MB mmc that been tested to work on 6260 :

1.Apacer
2.Transcend
3.Integral
4.ATP
