That is NOKIA MULTIMEDIA CONVERTER 2.0
Nokia Multimedia Converter 2.0, including an enhanced user interface and support for 128 kbps video bit stream, is a tool for converting common multimedia files (such as AVI, WAV, MPEG, and MP3) into standard 3GPP/AMR, H.263, wideband-, and narrow-band-AMR-supported formats for use in mobile phone applications such as MMS. Original and converted multimedia and 3GPP/AMR formats can be played on a PC.

Have fun !

Quicktime is the easiest as it is built in to most PC's and if it doesn't play them at first use the quicktime pulldown tab and select updates... then make sure you select updates for this (quicktime player) and other products then you'll recieve the correct codecs to play 3gp and mp4.

there are codecs available which will play almost all format of audio and video files.
search for K-lite mega codec. its the best then u will not need any other software to play any files.
it even has xvid codec.
try it
i am using it for last 6 months
