Hey guys,
i got my phone friday and it worked fine firday and yesterday. I had it on charge all night and when i turned it this morning it worked for a little while. But it said it wasnt charged fully. So i let it on charge and after 15 minutes i went to send a message and it wont do anything. I turn it on and it give me the HelloMoto screen then goes to a little pop up that says charging battery. But i cant do anything at all. Has anyone had this problem before? Is htere a way to reset the phone or something? Helop guys!

As soon as i take the charger out it dies and wont turn on. I just had it on and messaged someone then it turned off right as i sent the message. it just is a blank screen thne a little window at the bottom and says charging battery. The battery light at the top is red and blinking. Whats wrong with this stupid thing!

You are supposed to fully charge the battery 16/24 hours before use... this does a few jobs that now cannot be done (unless with a NEW battery)...i.e. setting the battery settings in the phone to allow it to recognise a full charge as this lowers the chargerate when done.
and the battery itself has memory cells allocated to standby/talktime...these are not set so the battery is drained.

the chances are you sent a message (or received) within an hour of owning it... there is always the possibility it was a 'DuFF' battery to start, if it's new, go replace the battery

most peeps get 6/8 month out of their battery life as they do get a minimum charge.... if done fully, this would be about 14month
