We are receving almost daily emails from users saying that they are being logged out of the site as soon as they browse a new page after the login.

I.e. they are not being rememebered from a page to another.

Just to get the feel of the problem;
Have any of you experienced this? Some of your friends?

It's probably a cookie setting thing, and it might be that a small adjustment on our side might fix this.

Its probably on the users end otherwise everybody would have this problem. I experienced this once or twice on the old zedge but that was months ago and nothing since then. Users should check all their settings again.

I have no problems. The cause might be - firewall or cookie settings. Also most internet security suite has a feature call privacy. Adjust the settings that is related to Zedge.

Had that problem when the new Zedge came online, only that one time and it has never happened again.

No never faced any such problem........ It might have to do with temporary internet files.... If you delete them, only then this thing happens.......... But thats the problem at user end..........

i 've experience being logged out. but this usually happens when i'm in a page for quite awhile. like when i'm updating my profile & i haven't browsed in any other page, by the time i clicked on the update, i'm already logged out. thought it was a sort of a precautionary measure of the site.
