blank operator logo

how can i remove the operator logo?
i downloaded some blank logos from the internet and send them through the USB cable to the phone, but it didn't work, the system is noit seeing them (no operator logo in phone memory). they appear as a wallpaper. my cell is 6230i

the phone must be flashed to remove the operator logo. It is stored in the original software when created for the wireless carrier.
