First question.. do you have a transflash card? You need this in order to do it (put games on your phone) via your USB. If so follow these steps:

1. Make sure the phone is set to default connection Memory Card. You can check by going to Menu, Settings, Connection, USB Settings
2. Plug your phone into your USB port
3. Open your file explorer
4. Find the Removable drive (this is your Mobile Phone)
5. Click on it, make sure you see a folder called KJAVA (usually found as a subdirectory in Mobile - e:\mobile\kjava for example
6. All games have to be put in this folder so if it is not there, create it
7. after you have moved your games to this folder, disconnect the phone
8. Now go to you games and apps menu on your phone, select Menu then select Switch Storage Device then select TRANS
9. You will see a line that says INSTALL NEW select that and you will now see a list of the games you put in the kjava folder. Install away

10. Dont forget to change back to phone when your done installing the games (select Menu then select Switch Storage Device then select Phone)

make sure your card is fully seated (take it out and put it back in). The Switch Storage Device should be at the bottom of the list (after permissions).

Hi,Have exactly the same problem on my V635...no option to switch storage device in Games and Applications. Have downloaded games onto my card but can't install to phone. Also can't delete ghastly music from MP3 player that I didn't put there!! While I'm struggling with all this, can anyone tell me how to get rid of the awful noise (otherwise known as Motorola tone of some sort I guess!) on start up and also perhaps the long list of unwanted pictures in Multimedia??? Obviously new to all this, though have coped OK with installing great ringtones and other personalisations...just don't understand the lack of any games....my last, old, Motorola at least came with some already on !

use p2ktools to delete unwanted tones and files.. leave any moto ones though as they are part of the phones bootup mode and could harm this process.
p2ktools can also set custom startup sounds and images (& powerdown)
instructions for games installation the old way (with PST & Midway) is in my profile along with the above mentioned tools.(not PST)
download motomidman beta2 to install your games and apps as this is easier and more stable.. the 2.9 drivers should be used.. put them into a folder of PST and when windows asks for drivers.. browse to that folder.
