I've called Tmobile and motorola and all I can get is the 1234/0000 codes and that's not working. The phones were locked when we bought them. Help!

Can't be unlocked remotely unfortunately. Need to take it to a professional.

Seems they gave you the security code, they won't give out the unlocking code easily.
