I got my V800 flashed to Z800. It was flashed twice because INACTIVE SIM stil prompts. When it was flashed the second time, they used the different firmware. Yes it solved the INACTIVE SIM prompt but the signal became weaker. Is it possible that changing the firmware can affect the signal? The firmware used was from a network "3".

I thought this phone was cool coz of the features at a cheap cost. But Hell its a pain in the ass because the signal is crap.

I'd appreciate your opinion guys! Thanx!!!

Whatever it is, the phone is not good prefer to k750 or w800..

i feel very dissapointed with this phone because of low camera clarity's. the camera is totaly out and people call thi phone 3g, but when make a video call, the camera isn't so clear..

anyhow regarding your problem, maybe the phone have a software problem, try to send it back to the company..

im using v800 and will change it to z800 software next week.. hope i dont face the same problem as you..

in malaysia, if u buy AP set, u will get foreign phone which is sponsored by huge company in UK.. last week my sister bought nokia phone model 6101 and it is from ttmobile.. i just change the software from v800 to z800.. in v800 u cant use mp3 as a ringtone or alarm.. if u want to use it, u must install some DRM software in ur pc and encode the mp3..

thanks
