Sync problems with app and website

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 with the zedge app installed. Any favorites on my phone will not sync withmy account and vice versa. Anybody have a solution?

My online account has the correct device selected, my phone is signed in to the correct account, and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app - nothing works. Any suggestions?

connect to the internet > open Zedge app and log in to your account > click on favorites > click the menu button > click "Sync favorites" >

Same problem with Samsung S3 Duos. Works fine from my Motorola.
