Hey guys,

I am facing a serious problem with my e65 device.I can't access internet with it for three days. There is no problem of network .I flashed my phone with *#7370# & *#7780# .I updated my firmware version but still not working.Sometimes it gets connected but the speed is very poor .My brother is using the same network as I do but he is not facing a single problem with Net browsing .

Guys, I think i have cleared every thing. Please help me with your advices.I can't take it anymore.

I suggest you reset the E65. Dial *#7370# 12345 reformat, you'll lose all data. Make a backup first and restore without the settings. You have to set up new accesspoints. One for Packet- data (gprs), contact your service provider for the right settings

Were you able to use WiFi before? Did this issue start all of a sudden three days back?

Anyways, Try a different web browser. Try connecting to the wifi in Offline mode also.

1-You have to go to control
panel
2-Settings
3-Connections
4-Access points
5-Delete all existing wifi access
points
6- define new ones
I think it will work

It started suddenly after restarting my phone.I tried to connect to a wifi network but it says that "No gateway reply".So , I can't understand what happened. I was wondering if a flash could do the trick!

No gateway reply, hmmm. Have you tried restarting the router? Just switch it off, wait for 5 mins, and turn it on.
What kind of password is it? WPA (TKIP), WEP, WPA2?

Check if the DHCP server is enabled in the router. You better use a WPA/WPA2 pre-shared key. To check the onnection, turn off MAC filtering and security. Delete all WLAN accesspoints in the E65, open the browser and define the new access point from there. Avoid IPv4 configuration. Turn off the power saving in the advanced settings of WLAN in the E65.
