I need an aplication, that will search my other family mobile numbers and show them on map(location).

You can use Google latitude...
I have got all my friends and family set up with google latitude.
It gives real time information where your friends and family are.

Hi bobigoca, goggle latitude really gonna helps you out. Now Google have this facility, you just try it out it will show u the exact and real location of your family and friend's. This is really a best facility thats Google provides us.
