Anyone here can please tell me how can i install apps on memory card instead of phone memory in NOKIA LUMIA 820 ???

You need to download Install Manager V3 by Alfred Neumayer it is an app which will help you go easy installing other apps on your phone memory card.

Open settings, Go to your installed Apps menu, open the details of the App which you want to move and you'll find an option 'Move to SD card' . I dont know how to directly install to the memory card. I do this instead.
